We were delighted to be invited to attend Russell Hall Hospital's Patient Information Day at the Copthorne Hotel, Brierley Hill on Saturday 30th September. The day was brilliantly organised by the hospital's SCNs: it was a wonderful example of support for patients. Most of the major suppliers were in attendance, demonstrating their latest products. There were also four charities there: Macmillan Cancer Support, the White House, a locally based cancer support charity, CA and Birmingham IA.
Mike, Andy and Maggie were pleased to meet so many ileostomists in the area and to share IA's literature with them.
